YFS are based in Perth, Western Australia, with a small team offering on-site or remote finance support to a select group of clients. 

The YFS team have the necessary experience, qualifications and systems knowledge to provide the specific financial support relevant to your organisation. From data entry to advanced management reporting YFS can help you.

Mike is CPA qualified with a Bachelor of Commerce degree and has been working for over 25 years in a wide range of organisations, providing accounting and finance support. He has been a hands-on MYOB user for 10 years and has advanced Excel skills. Mike is a certified BAS Agent and Certified Xero Adviser.

Karl has an accounting degree and has been working in bookkeeper and assistant accountant roles for three years, specialising in MYOB. His experience includes managing sales and payables invoices, processing payroll, through to developing budgets and monthly management reports. As a regular user of MYOB AccountRight (live and desktop) and MYOB Essentials he is ideally placed to help clients consider their accounting software needs. Dianne has worked for a number of organisations providing admin support for over 25 years. She has worked in a variety of administration roles, ranging from data entry and records management, through to personal assistant to the Chief Executive. Dianne is an experienced MYOB user.

Our aim is to work with a small group of select clients on a long term basis, providing a personalised service tailored to the specific needs of each organisation. We realise that each business is at a different stage of its development and the standard franchise type bookkeeping support will not meet everyone’s needs. Our approach is to spend time finding out about your business and working out what we can do to assist you. Our team can work on site or remotely, or a combination of these.

Trust and mutual respect is critical to our values. We aim to provide a fair price for services delivered, with no surprises. All of our work must be approved by the client. Our charge out rates will not be the cheapest in town, or the most expensive.

Typically we find that clients are able to substantially reduce their tax accountant fees, as we can provide working papers that reduce their time. We will work with your tax accountant to minimise your overall cost and help make sure there are no surprises when your annual tax return is prepared.

We are fully qualified as a registered BAS agent and have been completing BAS for small to medium sized business’s owners for over 10 years. This means that you are legally covered.

If for some reason after the first week you are not satisfied with any aspect of our work, there will be no charge for the work we have done.

If you upgrade or change your financial systems under our recommendations and after one month you are not satisfied with the new system, we will roll you back to your previous system and bring you fully up to date, at no additional charge.

We won’t send you a bill every time you talk to us.
