Fees Schedule

The fees schedule below shows our standard rates. Typically we develop a cost effective package to suit each client and meet their individual needs. We will adjust our fees based on the type of service we are providing, amount of work required and the contract arrangement we provide the services under. Some long-term clients prefer to treat us as employees working on a part time basis. Others clients prefer to use the standard contract bookkeeper service arrangement. We are happy to work either way.

Under our triple guarantee we offer the following;

• If for some reason after the first week you are not satisfied with any aspect of our work, there will be no charge for the work we have done.

• If you upgrade or change your financial systems under our recommendations and after one month you are not satisfied with the new system, we will roll you back to your previous system and bring you fully up to date, at no additional charge.

• We won’t send you a bill every time you talk to us.
