We are MYOB and Xero Consultants and provide general bookkeeping
and admin services including;
- Income and expense invoice data entry
- Payroll processing
- BAS, PAYG, payroll tax and super preparation and payment
- Debtor and creditor management, bank reconciliation
- Cash and profit reporting
- Liaise with Tax Accountant and ATO
- Setup filing systems and policy/procedure systems
Management accounting – We have extensive management accounting
experience and provide a range of value added services including;
- Cash flow projections and cash management strategies
- Advanced profit reporting, including by Division and by Product
- Annual budget preparation and monthly reporting
- Development of Excel based reporting tools to assist Business Managers
- KPI development and reporting
We provide MYOB and Excel support, including;
- MYOB, Xero software setup and system setup review
- MYOB and Xero upgrades or conversions from other software
- Staff training on MYOB and Xero
- 1 on 1 Excel training, from basic to advanced levels
- Assistance with developing Excel applications
Finance Training and System Implementation
Strategy and Business Plan Support – We have a wide range of experience
in the acquisition and sale of businesses, strategy development, business
planning and financial projections, our services include;
- Assistance with evaluating expansion opportunities
- Support for a business acquisition or sale process
- Strategic planning mentoring and development
- Business plan development
- Development of financial projections
We are fully qualified as a registered BAS agent and have been completing BAS for small to medium sized business owners for over 10 years. This means that you are legally covered.
